And that was indeed the original plan - unfortunately the working group who have been looking into developing this document did not get to that stage in advance of the meeting tonight. Please accept our apologies on this front. The main objective of the document is to clearly outline operating procedures for the Association. It will of course be possible to ammend any document that is agreed, in the future. Thanks.</description>

Wouldn&#039;t it be in the interests of transparency and effectiveness to post the draft constitution, or at least the objectives, on the website? So that people could consider it beforehand and make for a more efficient meeting.</description>
