Previously respected cheese mongers in their own right, the two friends then decided to join forces to spread the word and cut the curd. In some circles they are known as the “Dark Knights of Cholesterol”.

Ian’s roots are split between London and Lincolnshire (as a farmer’s son), and that’s the place of his particlular speciality. Gian’s roots are split between London and Varese in Italy, and the regional “toma” from those Alps are his speciality.

They stock a range of stunning English, French and Italian artisan cheese which is constantly changing according to the seasons and of course their own personal whims.

Their slogan is “O Toma O Morte” and their policy is clear – try everything first.

Hand Picked Shellfish Co is owned and run by two Weymouth fishermen, Matthew Baldwin and Steve Hall. For over a decade they have been bringing fresh fish from the Dorset coast to markets in London. From line caught sea bass to dived scallops we offer a wide range of the very best native seafood. All fish work done on the stall, oysters shucked, fish filleted, questions answered and recipes suggested.
