Previously respected cheese mongers in their own right,  two friends – Ian and Gian - decided to join forces to spread the word and cut the curd. In some circles they are known as the “Dark Knights of Cholesterol”.

Ian’s roots are split between London and Lincolnshire (as a farmer’s son), and that’s the place of his particular speciality. Gian’s roots are split between London and Varese in Italy, and the regional “toma” from those Alps are his speciality.

They stock a range of stunning English, French and Italian artisan cheese which is constantly changing according to the seasons and of course their own personal whims.

Their slogan is “O Toma O Morte” and their policy is clear – try everything first.
