Sunday 10 July – free yoga class launches community stall programme

Join us for the start of our community stall programme

Starting this Sunday – 10 July – we’ll be launching our weekly community stall. Open to local non-profit organisations or individuals looking to promote projects or fundraise we will be adding to the programme over the coming weeks.

Kicking us off is Echo – Economy of Hours. Echo is a marketplace where East London people and businesses can trade anything from graphic design and business advice to accountancy and bike fixing, without using money. Instead, they use a currency called Echoes, where 1 Echo = 1 hour.  Echo also run a course to help local businesses grow quicker which two of our market traders have completed.

Visit the stall on Sunday (11.00am-4.00pm) to find out more and sign up – it’s free! What’s more there’s a free yoga class at Chats Palace for Echo members (3.15pm) with Tabitha Dean and a chance to pick up a limited edition letterpress print from Be Smart Choose Art.

Look out for news of future stalls where we’ll be offering a free html coding session, guided walks and crochet amongst other things.
